Hello! My name is Joey and I am a professional experiential educator, consultant, and trainer that has reached thousands of teens and young adults in over 40 countries on 5 continents. I specialize in social and emotional learning, identity development, motivation, and immersive programs (in-person and virtually).

My current research focuses on the influence and emergence of emotions in identity, motivation, and creativity. Through this work I aim to produce practical resources, where I marry theory and practice. This manifests as recommendations for teacher self-regulation, improved historical empathy perspective-taking tasks, development of prosocial empathy, and more.

Want to chat? Please email me at josepheisman@gmail.com or joseph.eisman@temple.edu. I would love to discuss your project. Or, just want to talk? Let’s get an e-coffee!
